Our orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Zürich, Switzerland (a.k.a. my living room). We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day but as we’re just starting our journey in this bustling industry, please bare with us in case of a slight delay. We currently only offer shipping within Europe but please reach out to us at hello@serasi-studio.com for any special inquiries.

Switzerland

• Standard shipping (2-3 business days): 8.50 CHF
• Next Day shipping (1-2* business days): 10.50 CHF

*Orders placed before 11am will be delivered on the next working day via A-post.

Europe*

• Standard shipping (2-5 business days): 15 CHF 

Please note, while all Serasi pieces are produced in Portugal, orders are shipped from Switzerland. The country of origin is noted as Portugal on our invoices to help avoid customs duties within the EU. However, import VAT and handling fees may still be charged by local customs authorities are borne by the customer.

UK

• Standard shipping (2-5 business days): 15 GBP

Please note that orders may be subject to import charges and handling fees upon arrival in the United Kingdom. These fees are assessed by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
